How are Tuneups different from the regular sessions? Tuneups are typically 25-30 minutes. They can be done in one sitting or it can actually be throughout a certain period of the day. This is all dependent on what is needed and to best address your needs. All sessions are offline. Tips are also provided when necessary.

Should I get a Tuneup or a Regular Bundle session? If you have moderate/severe conditions (ex. trauma, depression, gastro-intestinal issues, cancer, chronic stress, migraines) or areas of focus of healings, then the Regular Bundle Packages would be a better fit. You can utilize the Yearlong Tuneup as an add-on for one of your weekly /monthly schedule.

If you have mild conditions or want to be active in a preventative health plan, then this is a great plan for you.

How does the Sacred Family 365 Bundle work?

Just add a family to the Yearlong Bundle (maximum 5 family members).

Choose your weekly schedule for the year. The schedule should remain for the next 365 days. You have the option for 7 tuneups per week or let 2 tuneups become a one 1-hour session. All tuneups are offline and 1-hr sessions can be online or offline.
